Kente Santa Claus Figurine
Even Santa Claus wants to connect with his roots and celebrate Kwanzaa too!
Another member of our famed Fabriche Collection of Santa Claus figurines. Featuring a Santa Claus adorned in traditional Santa Claus attire but also wearing a kente stole and holding the Mazao symbol (fruit basket) of Kwanzaa wrapped around his arm. In his hands is a gift that he is bestowing upon someone for Kwanzaa.
Mazao symbolizes the fruits of collective planning and work, and the resulting joy, sharing, unity, and thanksgiving part of African harvest festivals. To demonstrate mazao, people place nuts, fruits, and vegetables, representing work, on the decorative mat around the kinara.
Each figurine measures 12 inches in height and is crafted out of resin, PVC, and fabric mache. A truly high-quality figurine that is the perfect piece of decor to use to expand or start your African American Santa Claus collection.
Santa is ready to participate in Kwanzaa, a celebration of community, family and culture.Â
