The Art of Annie Lee 2022 Collectible Wall Calendar
In 2022, the artwork of Annie Lee continues to inspire art lovers everywhere. Though she passed in 2014 and didn’t begin her professional art career until the age of 40, Annie’s impact and influence are undeniable.
The Alabama-born and Chicago-raised artist was known for featureless faces and the emotion and expression that radiated from the everyday people depicted in her work.
We are happy to be able to celebrate the life, legacy, and talent of Annie Lee in our 2022 African American wall calendar. This year the calendar focuses on the many contributions of African American women to our community. It celebrates the African American women who fearlessly ensured that their voices were heard and refused to be marginalized by others.
Included in the calendar are the following images: Gotcha Back Boo, Mama Queen, Caren Comfort, The Mother Board, On the Front Lines, On Q, Lady with Basket, Heat of the Beat, Gramma, Got Lemons – Make Lemonade, Yes I Can, and Miss MD.
This calendar measures 12×12 inches (closed) and 12×24 inches (open). Our calendars are printed on high-quality paper and have full-color pages throughout. All public holidays are noted on the calendar. In addition, this calendar features information on dates significant to the African American cultural experience.
